Priority will be given to businesses with defined use cases and a proven track record with notifications and customer service. For the initial phase, we will concentrate on businesses in the eCommerce, travel, financial services, shared and on-demand economy, retail sectors.
Customers should prove that they are ready by demonstrating heavy usage of SMS, email, and other direct marketing channels and their existing Facebook relationship and spend history. They should also have the technical resources available and be quick-moving and scalable.
